THE ROASTERIE – BROOKSIDE

In collaboration with bHolland.co and Katalyst Group Inc., we designed, engineered, and oversaw the build process for The Roasterie at their Brookside location.

The project included the large serving line with integrated coolers, POP display, stainless steel bar top, as well as the entire production service line.

The wall mounted bottle racks are particularly cool using reclaimed materials, as well as using those materials in all of the steel framed table tops.
